RENTAL REGULATIONS

The Regulations and Agreement specify the terms and conditions of booking and renting apartments that are the subject of rent by MCS73 Sp. z o.o. (the Lessor), ul. Stanisława Szymańskiego 1B, 87-100 Toruń, NIP: 9532643447, KRS: 0000509383 to the Lessee.

  1. Booking or renting accommodation is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of the Regulations and the Agreement.
  2. The competent court in Bydgoszcz will be competent to resolve disputes.
  3. The Lessor reserves the right to refuse to accept a Guest who: does not have a valid identity document (i.e. identity card or passport) or does not want to show a document, is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, violated the provisions of the Regulations during the previous stay.
  4. The Lessor reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with the Guest who violates the Rental Regulations, without the right to refund the booking fee. The Guest will be obliged to leave the premises immediately.
  5. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. or the following day.
  6. On the day of departure, the Tenant is obliged to return the apartment by 12:00 p.m., otherwise a fee of the next started day + 50% will be added.
  7. Smoking in the apartments is strictly prohibited. For breaking the smoking ban inside the apartment, the Tenant is obliged to pay an additional fee of PLN 500 (five hundred).
  8. It is forbidden to use electrical equipment that is not part of the apartment’s equipment and that poses a fire hazard.
  9. The Tenant is obliged to immediately inform the Lessor about any damage or malfunction of the apartment’s equipment.
  10. Pets are not allowed.
  11. The rented apartment is subject to night silence from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Persons not registered in the apartment may visit only until 8:00 p.m.
  12. Organizing social events in the apartment is strictly prohibited. For organizing a social event, the Tenant will pay the Landlord an additional fee of PLN 5,000 + additional losses incurred by the Landlord. The Tenant is responsible for all damage to the rented apartment and the building. The Tenant is responsible for all damage resulting from the behavior of third parties staying with them in the apartment – invited to the apartment/building by that person. In the event of intervention by the Police or the Municipal Guard, the Landlord will charge the Tenant an additional fee of PLN 500 (five hundred).
  13. The number of people staying in the apartment cannot exceed the number given during the booking. Any irregularities found in this regard will result in an additional fee of PLN 200 for each unregistered person for each day of stay.
  14. Guests are required to properly secure the apartment, i.e. to carefully close all entrance doors and windows before leaving the apartment each time and to store keys/codes/remote controls so that unauthorized persons cannot access them.
  15. The Lessor is not responsible for damaged or lost valuable items left in the apartment.
  16. In the event of loss/destruction of the apartment key or garage remote control, a fee of PLN 200 is charged for each item.
  17. Final cleaning is included in the price of the stay. However, the Guest is required to leave washed dishes and used equipment behind. These activities do not constitute the essence of final cleaning.
  18. Any additional cleaning at the special request of the Lessor is payable in accordance with the amount of the service fee. The price includes a change of bed linen and towels.
  19. Fees for utilities provided by the Landlord are included in the price of the stay.
  20. The Tenant is financially responsible for all damage / theft occurring in the apartment during the stay.
  21. Please inform us immediately if there is any misunderstanding or you are not satisfied with our services. We will make every effort to thoroughly investigate the problem and resolve it.
  22. The Landlord may charge guests a deposit of PLN 1,000 for the reservation, to be returned on the day of departure.
  23. The Landlord is entitled to claim compensation exceeding the value of additional fees each time.

 

RULES OF PAYMENT

  1. Fees such as the price of accommodation and all the extras are visible at the time of booking, after choosing the dates of stay, the number of persons and the type of apartment.
  2. The payment for the stay is made in advance, at the latest on the day of check-in. Fees can be paid in cash ((with the owner’s consent, additional fee may apply)), by credit card or by bank transfer.
  3. When making a reservation, the Lessor has the right to charge an advance of 10% of the value of the stay or the whole amount if a reservation is made at a discounted price in a non-refundable promotion
  4. The Lessee is obliged to make payment for the stay 14 days before check-in.
  5. An invoice or a receipt is issued for each stay.
  6. If the Lessee withdraws from the Agreement up to 14 days before check-in or up to 2 hours after making the reservation, he / she does not bear any booking costs and any advance payments made will be refunded to him / her.
  7. If the Lessee withdraws from the contract concluded at a reduced price in a non-refundable promotion or within 14 days or less before check-in, the total cost of the booking will be charged.

COMPLAINTS

  1. The Lessee has the right to complain about the service. Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to info@torun-apartamenty.pl or by post, by registered letter to the correspondence address of MCS73 sp. O.o. 87-100 Toruń, ul. Winnica 45A / 16.
  2. A response to complaints will be given within 14 days of its delivery.

 

PROTECTION OF PERSON DATA OF PEOPLE

According to art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Official Journal EU 119). I inform you that:

  1. The administrator of personal data is MCS73 sp. O.o. Owner Apartments Toruń.
    Apartamenty Toruń are obliged to process customer data as part of activities related to the implementation of the Agreement and to protect them against access, use, deletion or disclosure to third parties, as well as to process entrusted data in a manner consistent with applicable law in a manner that guarantees confidentiality and data security personal information.
  2. Personal data will be processed in order to use hotel services – pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. b) – the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is party or take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract.
  3. The customer agrees to the processing of personal data such as: name and surname, address of residence, personal ID, contact telephone number, e-mail and possibly business data necessary to issue an invoice, in order to: sign a rental contract, i.e. make a reservation and check-in at the facility, issuance and storage of invoices.
  4. Recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and entities involved in the provision of services.
  5. The customer consents to the transfer of his personal data to the employees of the facility in order to properly provide our services, which you use.
  6. The customer consents to the transfer of his data to the accounting.
  7. The customer has the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify them, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer data.
  8. The client has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
  9. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in denial of
